This production line is a rapid heating production line, which combining technologies of thermal engineering, mechanism, auto-control, hydraumatic, photoelectricity and thermometry. It forms an indispensable part of the aluminum extrusion lines together with the extrusion press. It uses kinds of new technologies of gas spraying to intensify heating and circulating preheating with waste heat and etc. Hot shearing, hot saw and stripping machine can be chosen as the supporting facility for this production. (Note: The billet and log can be rapid heating.)
